- How does it work?
A - You have to register and subscribe with all your details.
- What happens after I have registered?
A - You will be contacted to set up an appointment for an interview.
- How long does the interview last?
A - Approximately 1 hour.
- What if I live in another province?
A - We will conduct the interview telephonically or via webcam and you also have to upload a recent photograph.
- Who will see my photo?
A - All those who fit your criteria.Â
- What if I don’t want to submit a photo?
AÂ -Â There is more success when matched with a photograph.
 - How long does my subscription last?
A - It lasts for 1 month in which every effort will be made to find a match.
- How do I make use of the counseling facility?
A - This facility is for registered clients only and an appointment must be made.Â
- What happens after I’m matched?
A - Final fee must be paid as agreed in the interview.
 - What happens if I’m not satisfied with the match?
A - We will appreciate your feedback so that an alternate match may be initiated. The member has the final say
. - Do I have to undergo the screening process in order to use the chat facility?
A - To ensure your safety and that of the other users screening is an important requirement.
