1. How does it work?
   A - You have to register and subscribe with all your details.
   
   
2. What happens after I have registered?
   A - You will be contacted to set up an appointment for an interview. Or you can start chatting online.
   
3. How long does the interview last?
   A - Approximately 1 hour.
   
   
4. What if I live in another province?
   A - We will conduct the interview telephonically or via webcam and you also have to upload a recent photograph.
   
   
5. Who will see my photo?
   A - All those who are online and registered.
   
   
6. What if I don’t want to submit a photo?
   A - There is more success when matched with a photograph. You may use any image or avatar.
    
7. How long does my subscription last?
   A - It lasts for 3 months in which every effort will be made to find a match.
   
   
8. How do I make use of the counseling facility?
   A - This facility is for members and is no longer a free service. Minimum fee is now R100 per hour by appointment only.
9. What happens after I’m matched?
   A - Final fee must be paid as agreed in the interview.
   If you met online then you may continue with the relationship free of charge. 
10. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the match?
    A - We will appreciate your feedback so that an alternate match may be initiated. You may continue to search online until membership expires. The member has the final say

11. Do I have to undergo the screening process in order to use the chat facility?
    A - To ensure your safety and that of the other users screening is  important. Screening is not reqired for online searches.
